Produced in Menton in our family oil mill founded in 1896, this extra virgin olive oil is flavored by cold maceration of fresh shiso leaves (Japanese basil) following a process inspired by the Grasse enfleurage, thus preserving all the aromatic richness of the plant and the oil.

Shiso offers a unique bouquet blending basil, mint and clove, enhanced with a peppery and slightly lemony touch.

Created hand in hand with three-star chef Mauro Colagreco for his Tokyo restaurant Cycle , where it enhances the homemade bread and the plant-based creations on the menu, this vintage is produced in ultra-limited quantities.
