In keeping with chef Mauro Colagreco's floral menu theme, we created this Rose Geranium olive oil.
This plant with rose-like scents, whose flowers and leaves are wonderfully used in cooking, grows very well in the Mediterranean region.
The aerial part of the plant (flowers) has been used to produce this deliciously fragrant oil which will bring a touch of originality and delicacy to your preparations.
