In the theme of chef Mauro Colagreco's flower menu, we created this olive oil with Rosat Geranium.
This rose-scented plant, whose flowers and leaves are wonderfully used in cooking, grows very well in the Mediterranean region.
The aerial part of the plant (flowers) was used to create this deliciously fragrant oil which will bring a touch of originality and delicacy to your preparations.
