Gaël and Mickaël Tourteaux

Gaël and Mickaël Tourteaux, two brothers from Nice, work together in the kitchen as if they were inseparable.

Having each gained experience in prestigious gastronomic institutions, such as the Negresco with Alain Llorca or alongside Michel Del Burgo, they present a harmonious and complementary collaboration.

Their childhood in Guadeloupe and their love of travel inspire them to explore all flavors with precision.

Their cuisine reflects their personality and brings guests together around deliciously bold dishes.

Opening of Flaveur in Nice.

2010

Awarded the Grand de Demain PACA, Corsica, Monaco trophy.

2013

Awarded the Gault & Millau d’Or trophy PACA, Corsica, Monaco.

2014

They obtained their first Michelin star.

2018

Having become a curiosity of the French Riviera, the chefs obtained their second Michelin stars and 4 toques from Gault & Millau in the same year.
